Job creation is a major objective of the Kearny Alliance. We believe international trade creates jobs, increases local incomes and brings people together in work that crosses borders and cultures.

We aim to aid small, dedicated entrepreneurs in finding new clients and tapping new markets. We hope to provide local community members access to more employment opportunities.

Developing Country Export Assistance Program
The program aims to help create job opportunities for workers engaged in the production of handcrafted products. It is designed to promote export manufacturers in developing economies in Asia to overseas buyers, with the objective of increasing export orders and creating jobs. By receiving more sales orders, suppliers are expected to hire additional workers, which in turn will boost job opportunities in the country.
  

As part of the Developing Country Export Assistance Program, the Kearny Alliance has partnered with Global Sources in publishing the Developing Country Sourcing Reports, which feature export manufacturers from various developing economies. These reports offer buyers new sources of handmade products from quality exporters to create jobs for people in need.
